Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

No Hands Coworking Membership Cancellation Policy Payment is required to sign up for any membership. First payment is non refundable. If membership is upgraded, payment will apply to upgraded membership cost. The following applies to monthly memberships only: Monthly memberships commence on the date of sign up and get charged monthly on the same date as commencement. Memberships cannot be canceled within the first month of activation. All monthly memberships renew automatically month to month. All auto-draft payments are not refundable in-part or full after they have gone through. Cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason require advance notice. Members are required to notify No Hands Coworking via email at least 30 days prior to the next auto-draft membership charge. In turn, No Hands Coworking will send a confirmation email after requested changes have been made. Monthly memberships canceled before the required minimum will be subject to a charge equal to 25% of current membership cost. Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of price changes, members will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance to give members the opportunity to submit a 30 day written cancellation, hold or change notice. The following applies to Multi-Use Space memberships only: Multi-Use Space reservations canceled within 1 week before the reservation will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reservation cost. Multi-Use Space reservations canceled on the same day as the reservation will not be subject to a refund.
